Our program can make the difference between spending your time in a recliner wishing the pain away…or living a life full of friends, family, activity and more.
The objective of the Life Skills Village Pain Self-Management Program is to educate you on the physical and mental strategies that can lower your pain score by 20-30%. This program meets once a week for thirteen weeks and includes:
