Clinical Liaison
Life Skills Village specializes in socially-based neuro rehabilitation for people with brain injuries, strokes and aneurysms.  We provide our clients with the chance to lead fulfilling lives again through treatment in our outpatient day program, vocational and supervised apartment programs. 

We are seeking an ambitious, ethical, customer service-oriented professional that desires an opportunity to make a positive impact on a company’s bottom-line growth, culture and the brain injury community at large.  Our company mission is simple: to assist our clients in returning to their lives or building their next one.  

As our clinical liaison, your job will be to introduce our services to a wide variety of medical professional referrals.  Responsibilities:
  • Grow client base
  • Maintain and develop relationships with case managers and physicians
  • Initiate outside calls to prospective patients and referral sources
  • Maintain and develop good customer relationships, rapport and satisfaction and learn and apply new service/therapy knowledge
  • Attend and exhibit at regular industry events as well as company business development dinner
  • Develop key relationships with healthcare providers including hospitals, physician groups, case managers, discharge planners and individual medical facilities in accordance with our ethical principles.
  • Plan and attend industry-related social and networking events
  • Help plan and execute Thursday Night Live, the monthly social program, with the rest of the team

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of brain injury business in Michigan
  • Basic clinical understanding of brain injury
  • Strong, compassionate personality
  • Superior presentation and selling skills
  • High energy
  • Strong work ethic
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to become a true team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work within all regulatory, legal and compliance parameters (i.e. HIPAA)
