Erin Skotzke, OTRL,
Erin received her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Wayne State University in 2015. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Occupational Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In the beginning of her career, she developed a passion for assisting people with neurological impairments reintegrate into the community and improve their quality of life. Her research interests include neurorehabilitation, supporting occupational therapy’s role in healthcare and participation in relationships after disability. Outside of her career, Erin enjoys helping out with urban community gardening, experimental cooking, biking around Detroit, and playing with her dog, Belle.
