Pain relief comes in many shapes and sizes. The Life Skills Pain Self-Management Program offers holistic, evidence-based treatment intended to put you in control of your pain. Our program can make the difference between spending your days on a recliner attempting to wish the pain away...or living a life full of friends, family, activities and more.
The objective of the self-management program is to educate you on the physical and mental strategies that can lower the perception of your pain. We meet once a week for 12-weeks, then we encourage clients to work together as peer support specialists. The curriculum for our pain self-management program includes:
